My grandfather was an engineer for the L&N Railroad in the 1940s through the 1970s. He worked between Etowah, TN and Corbin, KY.
I unload coal cars at work.
I am also learning model railroading, mostly HO scale.
Ironically, Meigs County TN is the only county in the state with ZERO railroad tracks.
